Do I need to download anything to use KidsCerts?
No, KidsCerts works completely within your web browser. It's not like desktop software that you have to download and install.
How often can I print from KidsCerts for free?
You can print at least one award certificate per day, 100% for free, forever, with full access to all designs and features, without no sign up required. If you wanted to use KidsCerts to print an award every day forever, and never pay a single penny, you're absolutely welcome to do that!
For those who want to print at higher volumes, we offer low-cost paid subscriptions that allow unlimited printing. Subscribers can access all of their past print designs from any computer/device any time for easy re-printing or editing, in addition to other benefits.
What happens if I decide to subscribe and I want my money back?
We offer unconditional refunds, for any reason, within 30 days of subscribing. To request a refund, login to your account and then open a new help ticket - ask for a refund and we will promptly issue it. If you aren't able to login, use the public contact form to request a refund, noting which email is associated with your KidsCerts account. We will also automatically cancel your subscription and stop any future billings upon issuing your refund.
How do I setup my printer to work with KidsCerts?
KidsCerts doesn't require any special printer equipment or settings. If you can print a PDF file, then you can print from KidsCerts. To test your ability to view/print a PDF from KidsCerts, click on this sample award.
If you see an award (instantly or after downloading and opening the PDF file), then you've already got the software you need. You can even try printing it to see what it looks like on paper. Printing problems are usually due to PDF reader software, not physical printers.
● We recommend installing Adobe Acrobat Reader™ directly inside your web browser. This way you can see PDFs immediately inside your browser and print vs. downloading PDF files, finding them, opening, and then printing. Go to this page for instructions on how to ensure Adobe's PDF reader is installed directly inside your browser.
● If you can't view PDFs in your browser, then you can install and use Adobe Acrobat Reader™ outside of your browser. Click here to get the software directly from Adobe. Heads up: Adobe funds their free PDF reader by asking you to install other software along with it - simply uncheck any "Optional offer" check boxes before or during installation to avoid extra software.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time and stop any future billing. To cancel login and visit the Payments/Cancellation page, then click the "cancel" button. Otherwise KidsCerts automatically renews your subscription to ensure your past prints aren't lost. If you decide to cancel you will still have all subscription benefits until the date your current subscription expires.
